Who's wearing your shoes?

Who's wearing your shoes?

We get to hear so many funny stories about kids and their shoes - or should that be kids and not their shoes!!

The number of times we hear from Mums that tell us that their children have come home with someone elses shoes or more drastically two left feet, you wouldn’t believe.

And with the cost of shoes and trainers these days losing a shoe can be pretty infuriating.

However, all is not lost the SimplyStuck Shoe Labels are a great way of keeping tabs on those shoes whilst they are at school.

Easy to use, simply peel of the backing and stick inside each shoe.

Left and Right Shoe Labels

For the younger children we have a range of stickers that come in two halves and really do help them to work out which shoe should go on the correct foot. Left and Right Shoe Labels are available in 4 fun designs and come with 8 Left & Right stickers per pack.

Child Allergy

Child Allergy

Our kids came home from school this week with a mountain of letters and forms to fill in. With the new School term now in full swing there are lots of bits to sort out and ensure they are truly settled.

One of the letters from the Headteacher reiterated the point about allergies and keeping children safe particularly around meal times. The potential dangers associated with allergies are well-known, especially peanut, dairy and seafood allergies. So now we have created an easy solution to providing a clear warning to others about your childs allergy - Allergy Alert Stickers.

According to NHS there are many different types of allergies can affect children including:-

  • Rubber Latex Allergy
  • Wasp & Bee Sting Allergy
  • Alcohol intolerance
  • Egg allergy
  • Gluten Intolerance
  • Milk
  • Peanut & Nut Allergy
  • Oral allergy syndrome
  • Salicylate / Aspirin Avoidance
  • Seafood allergy
  • Sesame allergy
  • Soya Allergy
  • Wheat intolerance
  • Yeast
  • Atopic Eczema
  • Hair Dye
  • Nickel
  • Sun Allergy
  • Urticaria
Allergy Alert Stickers

Allergy Alert Stickers

With all of these things in mind we have created a range of alert labels that are ideal for any parent that has a child with an allergy. Our Allergy Alert Stickers are big and bold and let other parents, teachers and carers protect your child from food allergy risk.

The Simplystuck Allergy Alert laebls are perfect for labelling EpiPens, medication & inhalers or simply sticking the larger stickers on a lunchbox where it can be clearly seen. The ID Bracelets and information stickers are great for days out and for parties and visits, ensuring you can send your child safe in the knowledge their allergy should be noted.

The Allergy Sticker Packs consist of:-

  • 3 large stickers 8cm x 4.7cm
  • 10 circular stickers 2.5cm diameter
  • 20 mini stickers 3cm x 0.7cm,
  • 2 ID bands (cut to fit) & Stickers 7cm x 1.7cm

Our production process enables us to personalise each set of labels and cater for single or multiple allergies, so when you order online just simply fill in the boxes, add your child’s name and associated allergy and we will create a bespoke set of stickers for you.

The alert stickers are made from the same material as our regular school stickers meaning they are easy to apply, 100% waterproof and stay on in the microwave, dishwasher and steriliser.

BBC Watchdog School Uniform Review

BBC Watchdog School Uniform Review

If you missed the BBC’s Watchdog programme on Thursday 12th September you might not have seen the results of their School uniform test.

Although perhaps not quite as scientific as some research testing that could have been carried out, the results are worth looking at in light of our blog post Buying Back to School Uniforms at the start of August.

All of the uniforms passed the UK standards for clothing and the final results from the Watchdog lab tests - were as follows.

TESCO: top of the class - A MINUS

SAINSBURY’S: B

ASDA: B MINUS

M&S: C MINUS

Check out the BBC blog for responses from each of the Supermarket manufacturers.

Birthday Party Labels

Surprise - it's your birthday

It doesn’t seem five minutes since our children were finishing for the Summer but the first week of school term is almost over!

If your kids are anything like ours the birthday party invitations from friends have already started rolling in.

For parents we are faced with the age old problem of finding the right present and scrabbling for wrapping paper and labels at the very last minute. Oh and then there’s the card!!

Well we have listened to a lot of feedback from you and created a brand new range of Birthday Labels that you can stick straight on to a present.

Birthday Present Labels

Available in a range of colours and designs, these fun and colourful birthday gift labels come on a sheet in a pack of 16 stickers. Simply peel off each of the birthday stickers and stick it on your present.

There is plenty of room for a message (so there is no need to buy an expensive birthday card) and there is no need to worry about the tag falling off.

These birthday present labels are also great to have in the cupboard just in case you come across the last minute birthday invitation at the bottom of the school bag!
