Funky Woven Labels
We have had another busy week in our Andover office. Our Funky Woven Label range have been flying out the door – could be something to do with the new Asda advert for “All Age, Same Price” school uniforms.
I digress for a minute, but have you seen their prices? – a whole school outfit (consisting of a 100 per cent cotton polo shirt or Easy Iron shirt, 100 per cent cotton sweatshirt and Teflon coated trousers) for children aged three to 16 – all at the same price £4.75!! AMAZING!!
Anyway, back to the Funky Woven Iron-on Labels – these are a really nice new modern woven label, available in a range of colours. Simply iron-on and the last for ages, no matter how many times you was them.
We have a great little tool on the Simply Stuck website that allows you to choose a lable colour, the text colour and of course the text to go it. Our kids love playing with the different combinations you can have – so why not involve your children when placing your order.
Our iron-on labels are great for school uniforms or PE kit and they come in a batches of 100 so you won’t ever go short. Just £13.50 – great value.

Wheelie Bin Stickers are a great way of keeping track of your bin and stopping it getting mixed up with your neighbours.
Our own kids absolutely loved the idea of personalising our wheelie bin and making it look unique. In fact it was over an hour before we could drag them back indoors.
Simply add vinyl numbers or letters to instantly identify your dustbin or try a range of shape cut-outs to make your wheelie bin look great.
Our stickers are so easy to install, there is no cutting required. Simply pull off the backing and apply. Suitable for any flat surface, or side of bin. Printed on self adhesive, removable vinyl these stickers are washable and hard wearing.
So if you are looking for a way to keep track of your bin, or simply brighten up your part of the neighbourhood try our dustbin stickers.
If you are looking for something completely unique or just that little bit special we offer a full bespoke vinyl sticker service where we can print pretty much anything you want (just like the butterflies above).
Send us your image or photograph via email and we will try our best to create one for you.

Summer Picnic Recipe
With the weather we had last week it looked like Summer was finally however we might have spoken too soon as the forecast for this weekend isn’t looking so hopeful.
However, here are a couple of recipes that have gone down a storm with our kids, and are also great for picnics or indoors if the weather takes a turn for the worse.
Tomatoe, Mozzarella and Mint Salad
This great recipe can be pulled together at the last minute and is great as a side salad to the chicken skewers below.
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 300g baby tomatoes, halved
- 125g reduced fat mozzarella cheese, largely chopped
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves finely chopped
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Toos the onion and tomatoe together with the mozzarella and mint. Place the salad in a container. Mix the seasoning and olive oil in a jar and add to salad at the picnic.
Sesame Chicken Skewers
These skewers are absolutely delicious served hot or cold. For a picnic, place in a plastic container and keep chilled. Mak up one day ahead.
- 6 chicken thighs
- 6 tbsp light reduced salt soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sherry or rice wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Remove the skin from the chicken thights and cut out any bone. Cut the meat into chunks and thread onto the skewers.
Mix the marinade ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes or longer if possible.
Preheat the grill and cook the chicken for 10 minutes with the marinade until the chicken is tender.
Enjoy!

- Peel off half of the back of the sticker and stick one edge to the wall.
- With a tea towel smooth the sticker down while peeling the rest of the back off
